Three Row Cylindrical Roller Slewing Bearings

Three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearings are mainly composed of an inner ring, outer ring, three-row rollers, cage (spacer block), sealing device, etc. This slewing bearing design is suitable for most large-scale occasions with axial load and tilting moment, enormous radial load, or lower requirements for the frictional moment. Three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearings can simultaneously bear axial, tilting, and radial loads. Compared with the cylindrical cross roller slewing bearing, the load of each roller is reduced. Compared with double row roller slewing bearings, point contact becomes line contact, and the contact stress is reduced.

Application of three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearing

Three-row cylindrical roller slewing bearing has three rings, which separate the upper, lower, and radial races via loads of each row of rollers. It can carry different loads simultaneously, and its load capacity is the largest among the slewing bearings. It is sturdy and especially suitable for heavy-duty machines which require a large working radius, such as bucket-wheel excavators, wheeled cranes, marine cranes, ladle turrets, heavy-duty mobile cranes, etc.
