XSU Series Crossed Roller Bearings

XSU Series Crossed Roller Bearing Features:

1. Excellent rotation accuracy. The XSU series crossed roller bearings produced by HZPT Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd can provide negative clearance types, and accuracy grades P5 / P4 / P2.

2. Simplified installation. XSU series cross roller bearings have mounting holes on the inner and outer rings. No flange or support is required for installation. Installation Procedure:

1. Thoroughly clean the housing and other parts to be installed, and check to determine if deburring is required.

2. Since the Cross-Roller Ring is a thin-wall bearing type and therefore tends to misalign when installed, for ease of this situation, gradually drive the product into the housing or onto the shaft by gently hitting it with a plastic hammer while keeping the product horizontal. Taking care, continue to hammer until it fully contacts the reference surface.

3. Place the presser flange onto the Cross-Roller Ring. Rock the flange several times to match the bolt holes.

4. Insert the presser bolts into the holes. Manually turn the bolts and ensure they do not display skewing caused by the misalignment of the holes.

5. Tighten the presser bolts in three to four steps from light to complete tightening by repeatedly securing the bolts in a diagonal order. When drawing (the separable inner or outer ring, slightly turning the integral outer or inner circle will correct the dislocation between the ring and the body.
