Spherical Thrust Roller Bearings

In spherical thrust roller bearings, as with spherical roller bearings, the raceway surface is spherical and centered on the bearing center axis. This type of bearing roller is spherical and therefore has a self-aligning function. It Is not sensitive to coaxially and deflection of the shaft. The spherical thrust roller bearing is roughly the same as thespherical roller bearings. Unlike other thrust bearings, spherical thrust roller bearings can accommodate axial loads acting in one direction and simultaneously working radial loads. The load is transmitted between the raceways via the rollers at an angle to the bearing axis while the flange guides the rollers. This type of bearing has a huge axial load capacity.

Spherical thrust roller bearings have two kinds of types, symmetric type, and asymmetric type. And bearing’s cage generally adopts a brass solid frame and stamping frame. Typically, the tear code of the cell is not marked when the approach assumes a solid brass cage, but the others should be marked with the corresponding rear code.
