Cottered style roller chain uses cotter pins instead of rivets; the benefit of this is that the chain is easier to take apart because there is not the hassle of cutting the rivet pins. Normal Standard Series roller chains have shot peened and heat-treated comp1nts that drastically increase the chains strength, working life, and overall performance. This #200-2 double strand cottered roller chain has a 10sile strength of 200,000lbs and is commonly supplied as 10ft boxes including 1 connecting link per box. But we also offer #200-2 double strand cottered roller chain at alternate lengths per request. We offer additional connecting links and offset links for this chain as well, which having a few of these on-hand can keep you out of a down situation.
