NEMA 34标准行星变速箱的能力品牌现已可用。The new IP86 series joins the company's recently released IP43 and IP57 series of NEMA 17 and 23 sizes.
真正的行星变速箱的IP系列使齿轮整个整个齿轮都加强了。Single-piece output shaft and carrier construction, in addition to dual pre-loaded sealed ball bearings, allow higher maximum and shock loads. Maximum static torque ranges from 310 to 1770 lb-in, and maximum input speed ranges from 4000 to 6000 RPM for the standard models. Standard backlash for the IP series is 20 arc-minutes, and typical life is over 5000 hours at rated torque (higher with special-order bearings).
All three NEMA sizes are available in ratios of 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 to one. Additionally, each gearbox is supplied with all the necessary mounting items.
