Do not use ex10sions on the wrench handles. There should now be a gap between the face of the sprocket or other part hub and the flange of the Q_D bushing to insure a satisfactory c1 grip and press fit. Caution: this gap must not be closed. Dismounting1. Remove all pull-up bolts and screw them into tapped holes in sprocket or other part, against flange of Q_D bushing to break the c1 grip.2. Loosen set screw and slide Q_D bushing from shaft.Warnings: use of anti-seize lubricant on tapered c1 surfaces or on bolt threads when mounting may result in damage to sheaves and sprockets.
