In order to be able to do so, 3 things are important:Duty 81XHS Roller Chain is manufactured for heavy-duty conveying applications that require a high strength 81X series chain. This chain is also commonly referred to as 81XH special, hence the “S” at the end of the part number. Basically, it is a heavier duty version of the popular 81X chain and boasts a high 10sile strength, thicker side-plates, quad-staked pins, and uses a solid bushing solid roller (SBR) design to ensure you are getting the best wear life out of this chain. Our 81XHS roller chain also implements heat-treated comp1nts such as the pins, bushings, side-plate, and rollers to further increase the working life and strength of the chain.
