This HB 78 drive chain is manufactured out of 403-grade stainless steel, making it extremely strong yet highly corrosion resistant. It features an ultimate strength of 24,000 LBS and a rated working load of 3,300 LBS and is a common in-stock item. Something that makes this chain special is the J-cotter pin for easy link removal and field installation/ edits, also the black paint coating on the outside of the chain for an added corrosion barrier. The chain is also directly interchangeable with other manufactures and will run on any 78-series sprocket, so it is easy and economical to switch to or change out.
