Stainless Steel Motor For Rigorous Washdown Applications
The new series from China can withstand the most stringent flushing scheme. The combination of the ip69 structure of ever-power and corrosion-resistant materials enables the servo motor to extend the machine's service life.
Ever-power enables fast cleaning. Ever-power is specially designed for CIP (local cleaning) without a cover plate, which can maximize your uptime and profit. The Ever-power series is available in 19 sizes and various standard configurations, which will open the door to replacing expensive air shafts or dirty hydraulic shafts with clean and high-performance servo motor solutions.

① 300-series stainless steel exterior components-frame, base, end shields, shaft extension, fan guard, hardware, conduit box, and cover- for maximum corrosion resistance
② Laser-etched full-fact nameplate on the motor frame
③ Anti-corrosion coating applied to rotor and heavy polyester varnish on the stator to prevent corrosion
④ Double-sealed bearings with moisture-resistant high-temperature grease.
⑤ Rubber-covered seals on both shaft extensions of TEFC motors
⑥ Split conduit box design with flanged cover and rubber gasket for better sealing
